Arizona Karting Association
Friday night practice 7:30 - 10 pm Sept. 3rd $10
entry per driver. $5 per pit guest.
We will have a rookie driver orientation
begining 8pm sharp. We will educate new racers on what,
when, where, why, and how race day works at AKA Speedway.
Learn everything from pulling into gate, registering, line
ups, hot laps, heats, mains, Flags, on track racing
procedures, post race scaling, tech, etc.
Sept 4th - 5th Race Day
$40 member driver entry per day. $60 for non member, AKA
will transfer $20 towards Membership for 2 races upon
request. This years AKA membership fee is $40 and a free
reserved pit stall.
$10 per pit guest each race.
4pm Gates open
5:30 Registration and pre-tech open
7:00 Registration and pre-tech close
7:05 drivers meeting
7:30 hot laps
Any driver that wins saturday
night and sunday night main event in same entered class for
both nights, Wins $100 (minimum 4 karts entered in class
each day). (JR JR class is excluded, non competitive)

Clone Claim Rule
Claim $125.00
Anyone that refuses to forfeit an engine, should it be claimed within
the proper claim procedure for AKA speedway, DRIVER Will lose all
points and awards for that days racing event, and be fined $100 due
prior to next entered race at AKA Speedway.

to the official site for the Arizona Karting Association (AKA).
AKA is a 1/5 mile dirt oval race track catering
to kart racers in a variety of classes and skill levels. Whether
you are 5 or 70, come on out to AKA for some great racing
action.
This site
is organized to make it easy for our drivers and fans to find
the information they are looking for quickly and easily. For
information about the track, the classes we run, our race
schedule, and the current results, click on the corresponding
link at the left. Feel free to browse the discussion board,
where there is always lively conversation, and, if you are
looking to get into racing, the classifieds are a great place
to start.
This year
there are two special events that AKA will participate in.
The 13th Annual Holiday Classic is held at AKA with participants
from all over the country and even the world. The race is
held from December 28th through December 31st. Click on the
Holiday Classic link for more details.
Additionally
this year, AKA will participate in the Arizona
Speedway Kart State Championship Series along with other
tracks in Arizona. Drivers will race at each track once throughout
the season and points will be awarded for finish position.
At the end of all 4 races, the points will be accumulated and
trophies will be awarded. This is a great way for our drivers
to visit other tracks in Arizona and for non-AKA drivers to
experience the top-notch quality of our track. Click on the
