Phoenix Area Hotel Accommodations

Welcome to our out-of-town racers! To help with the selection of accommodations in the Phoenix area, we have included the following information on hotels located fairly close to the track. Because of the fantastic weather in the valley, the winter months are the busiest and hotels tend to fill up quickly (some were already booked and could not offer discounts). Rates do not include sales tax and all weekly rates are for seven night’s stay. Most of these selections are modestly priced and some have offered special rates for the Holiday Classic. Please reconfirm details of amenities at time of booking.

Sleep Inn – Phoenix North Rates: $55/night Call: 602-504-1200

Sleep Inn is a family oriented hotel that has been home to most of our out-of-town racers for the past several years. This hotel is located three miles southeast of the track at 18235 North 27^th Avenue (just west of I-17). It is currently blocking 20 rooms for our racers. When making reservations ask for special rates for “Holiday Classic/AZ Karting”. Rooms include two double beds or one king bed. There is an additional charge of $5.00 per night for each additional guest over two per room and an additional charge of $5.00 per night for rooms with microwave and refrigerator. This hotel offers high speed internet, a complimentary continental breakfast, and has recently been renovated. Red Roof Inn #250 Rates: $69.99 - $79.99/night Call: 602-866-1049

The Red Roof Inn is located at 17222 North Black Canyon Freeway (Bell Road Exit), approximately four miles southeast of the track. The hotel offers two full beds or one king bed at prices ranging from $69.99 to $79.99 per night for one person. This rate escalates with additional people. Originally, we removed this hotel from the website due to poor conditions reported by our 2005 racers; however, this hotel was completely remodeled in 2006. Please note that the hotel would not offer us special rates. There were actually better rates available on the Red Roof internet site.

Homewood Suites Rates: $89-$129/night Call: 602-674-8900

This hotel is located near Metrocenter mall at 2536 West Beryl Avenue, approximately eight miles southeast of the track (Peoria Exit east then south on 25^th Avenue). The hotel currently has One and Two Bedroom Suites available that include a king bed or two full beds in the bedrooms, plus a sleeper sofa in the living room. The hotel is holding five one-bedroom and five two-bedroom suites until November 26, 2007. Country Inn & Suites Rates: $109-$119/night Call: 623-879-9000

The Country Inn and Suites is located at 20221 North 29^th Avenue, approximately two miles southeast of the track. This hotel offers a basic room with one king bed at $109/night, or a suite at $119/night that includes one king bed or two queen beds, plus a sleeper sofa in a separate living area. The suites also include a mini refrigerator and a microwave oven. All rooms include a complimentary breakfast. Find out more at www.countryinns.com\deervalleyaz. This hotel is holding five rooms until December 8^th for AKA, you must ask for “Holiday Classic rates” to get these reduce rates.
