2006 Holiday Classic coverage in the Feb 07 Issue

Welcome to the official site for the Arizona Karting Association (AKA). AKA is a 1/5 mile dirt oval race track catering to kart racers in a variety of classes and skill levels. Whether you are 5 or 80, come out to AKA for some great racing action.

This site is organized to make it easy for our drivers and fans to find the information they are looking for quickly and easily. For information about the track, the classes we run, our race schedule, and the current results, click on the corresponding link at the left. Feel free to browse the discussion board, where there is always lively conversation, and, if you are looking to get into racing, the classifieds are a great place to start.

This year there are two special events that AKA will participate in. The 13th Annual Holiday Classic is held at AKA with participants from all over the country and even the world. The race is held from December 28th through December 31st. Click on the Holiday Classic link for more details.

Additionally this year, AKA will participate in the Arizona Speedway Kart State Championship Series along with other tracks in Arizona. Drivers will race at each track once throughout the season and points will be awarded for finish position. At the end of all 4 races, the points will be accumulated and trophies will be awarded. This is a great way for our drivers to visit other tracks in Arizona and for non-AKA drivers to experience the top-notch quality of our track. Click on the State Series link for more details.
